Renée’s daily practice

In the Labor, Employee Participation & Pension section, my primary focus lies in individual and collective dismissal law. Furthermore, I offer expert advice on various aspects, including employment contracts, conditions of employment, disability, dysfunction, and the employment law considerations associated with reorganizations. With extensive experience in advising within the education and government sectors, I regularly assist works councils and directors in matters related to co-determination law.
