Renée’s daily practice

‘In the Employment, Employment Participation & Mediation section, I focus primarily on individual and collective dismissal law. I also provide excellent advice on matters relating to employment contracts, terms and conditions of employment, disability, unsatisfactory performance and employment law aspects of reorganisations. I put my extensive experience of advising within the education and government sectors to use in supporting works councils and directors in employment participation law matters.’
