Tax and labour law aspects of home working policies
Webinar on tax and labour law aspects of home working policies, including from an international and cross-border perspective
As COVID-19 has been going around the world for some time now and we are expected to work from home as much as possible, organizations and employees are more and more aware of the fact that working from home may well become the new norm. Many issues may arise from this and additional issues are to be expected for cross-border employees, in particular if an employee works from home in his country of residence, where his employer is situated in another country.
During this online workshop we will discuss the employment law, tax and social security consequences of working from home, whether or not cross-border. What facilities can an employer offer in a tax-friendly way? What obligations occur when my employee wants to work from home in another country? And in which creative ways can employers facilitate their employees?
Saskia Hemmes (HBK), Caroline Mehlem and Renée Huijsmans (De Clercq advocaten) would like to update you on the international tax and labour law aspects of introducing a home working policy. They will also discuss the measures taken by the government.
After this webinar, you will be aware of the latest developments and you will have tools to comply your home-working policy with (international) laws and regulations.
The webinar lasts from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM. There will be ample opportunity to ask your questions live to our specialists. Would you like to participate in this free live webinar? Register here!
