To limit our ecological footprint, we implement LED lighting, use certified green energy, reduce travel through video conferencing, and encourage biking to the office. As a responsible employer, we also prioritize the work-life balance of our employees, foster team spirit with shared lunches, a weekly gathering, and office outings, contribute to the cost of gym memberships, and have a monthly chair masseuse visit.
