During her studies, she worked for over a year as an external court clerk for the District Court of The Hague. She also worked for more than two years as a legal advisor at the Labour Law department of De Leidse Rechtswinkel. After a successful traineeship with the Labour Law team, she joined De Clercq in March 2021.

Sietske’s daily practice

“Within the Labour & Pension and Codetermination Sections, I deal with various topics in the field of individual and collective labour law. This may involve dismissal cases, but also restructurings or employer liability. This makes my work not only very diverse, but also very instructive. What I enjoy most is finding creative and surprising solutions to help our clients move forward. What counts is not the maximum, but the best result.
