Montse Rodríguez is an experienced and driven lawyer who is always ready and full of enthusiasm for her clients. Practising in almost all aspects of labour law and employee participation law, Montse is valued by her clients for being sharp, committed and solution-oriented.
Education and career
Montse studied law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. After graduating, she remained in that city and started her career as a lawyer specialising in labour law and employee participation law at NautaDutilh. Her further qualifications include a postgraduate course in labour law and mediation training. Montse joined De Clercq in 2005.
Monste’s daily practice
‘I represent large and medium-sized businesses, directors and works councils in a variety of matters, including restructuring, reorganisation and outsourcing (law on the transfer of undertakings). I also advise on employee participation structures in international groups, as well as dealing with individual and collective dismissal processes and sick employees. My practice also extends to presenting regular courses and workshops on labour law and employee participation law for works councils and HR Managers.
