Teun’s daily practice
‘I focus mainly on matters relating to intellectual property, ICT law, e-commerce and franchising. In this context, I can support you in filing applications for trademarks and designs and litigate in order to protect copyright, trade names, trademarks and designs. But I can also represent you in commercial disputes, including in relation to failed IT projects. Lastly, I draft and assess complicated agreements in which very specific aspects of intellectual property and/or ICT law often play a role.’
