Henriëtte’s daily practice
‘My career as a lawyer started in broad legal practice, but I subsequently switched focus to labour law. This covers a range of issues, including dismissal, reorganisations, collective bargaining agreements, works councils, directors, and sick or underperforming employees. My daily tasks also include drafting and editing contracts and collective bargaining agreements. Over the years, I have regularly been involved in mergers, reorganisations and acquisitions at large companies and institutions. I mainly advise employers in the profit and non-profit sectors, such as museums, universities, charities, healthcare institutions, commercial undertakings and service providers. I also represent directors, works councils and individual employees. Lastly, I take great pleasure in heading a team of talented professionals.’
