Rick’s daily practice

‘My practice focuses mainly on employee participation law, which includes advising directors and works councils on consulting and consent processes, establishing employee participation bodies and drafting the accompanying regulations. In my labour law practice, I advise employers on aspects such as individual and collective dismissal procedures and draft or amend employment contracts. And, if necessary, I draw on my litigation experience to prove my clients’ cases in court.’
