REORGANIZATIONS
Our reorganization team regularly counsels businesses with regard to reorganizations and shut-downs. Experience shows that when our team is involved at the early stage of an intended reorganization, the reorganization process evolves smoothly. Advice at an early stage may prevent many proceedings of a substantive nature (that is to say time-consuming and expensive) before the Centre for Work and Income (CWI) or the sub-district section of the District Court.
The reorganization team may advise on the subject of:

- Collective Redundancy Notification Act

- Selection of the employees who qualify for termination of employment
