MEDIATION
Mediation is an alternative way to settle disputes. Not through the courts, but together. A neutral mediator tries to reach a compromise with both parties. Court proceedings may be avoided. Time and money are saved. The focus is on the future of the parties involved. Mediation occupies central stage these days, within the courts as well.
We may assist you in two different ways: either as mediators or as your lawyers in the mediation. The mediation team at de CLERCQ consists of recognized mediators, who are registered with and certified by the Netherlands Mediation Institute, the NMI. De CLERCQ may assist both in business and in personal disputes such as divorces.
